Absolutely delicious fish and chips! The batter was crispy and golden, the fish was fresh, and the chips were perfectly cooked. I also tried the chicken nuggets and onion rings. Both were delicious! The staff were friendly, welcoming and quick to serve. Will definitely be coming back!

Had to share this - my mum has dementia and lives in a care home close to Corsham and I have been getting her ‘chip shop chips’ for lunch as a treat from here for the last 3 years or so - she is tiny as is her appetite and I always asked for a small portion of chips. When the chap in Tongs found this out he offered to cook a tiny piece of fish especially for her and does so regularly on demand now. She so appreciates this, as do I - no wastage and my lovely mum can enjoy great fish, thanks Tongs!!! Above and beyond great service ;-)

I’ve been coming here for years and most recently Tongs have really upped their game on both service and food quality!! The servers and cooks are always friendly and greet you as soon as you enter the shop, the service is always quick too! All the food from here recently has been top quality, cod always cooked fresh and chips always nice and crispy, perfect amount of salt and vinegar on the chips too! Well done tongs and to everyone who works there.

I came to tongs for the first today and was delighted with the standard of the food. All the food was cooked fresh and I received it in a very short amount of time. The girl with the black hair who served me was incredible at her job and was very polite and chatty. She deserves a raise!!!
